Terms and conditions
You will need proof of purchase to receive your exchange or store credit.
  • Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. This is very important for earring and cord hygiene and will be deeply checked.
  •  Items need to be packed safely as to not break ( we use eco wrap that needs to   be used in a certain way ) you may want to add your own layer to be safe
  • We generally do not accept returns for items purchased from our stockists,  These will be assessed on a special case basis and may require a fee.
  • There may be fee's for exchanging items brought via third party for example Afterpay & layby ( due to the fee's we incure ourselves) 
 Unless a faulty return shipping for any exchange will be at buyers cost and needs   to be a tracked courier for travel safety.
Simply Stone West Coast will not be held liable for broken, lost or stolen returns.
