Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Faulty Items

We are happy to accept returns and can offer an exchange or credit on all items, provided they meet the following conditions. All requests for returns must be lodged within 14 days or less from the date you received your delivery.

Terms & Conditions

  • Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. This is essential for hygiene purposes and will be checked thoroughly before a return is processed. 
  • Purchases must be packed safely to ensure that they are not damaged in transit. We ship all of our pieces in an eco-wrap which can be reused but you may also wish to add an additional layer of protection.
  • We generally do not accept returns of items purchased from one of our stockists except in special cases. If you have made a purchase from one of our stockists you will need to make your return through them.
  • Due to the fees we incur from our use of third-party payment providers such as Laybuy or Afterpay, you may need to pay an additional fee for any purchases made through these providers.
  • Except for in the case of a fault, all shipping costs for a return must be paid by the purchaser. We ask that any returns be shipped with courier tracking to ensure their safe transport and delivery.

Simply Stone West Coast will not be held liable for broken, lost or stolen returns.


Faulty Items

We take the utmost care with each piece we craft to ensure that it arrives with you in pristine condition. However, as our stones are products of the earth, natural faults can occur – if your piece arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact us within 7 days to remedy this situation. We retain the right to exercise our discretion in determining whether a fault is natural or if the stone has been otherwise damaged and we ask for your patience while we assess any faulty returns.


Our stones differ in their porosity and finish and can undergo changes in colour as they interact with the oils from your body. Please refer to the section of our website labelled ‘Our Stones’ to learn more about the different types of stones we use. We will not accept returns on any pieces whose appearance has changed naturally.
