We have a stunning piece of New Zealand Quartz from the South Westland region that has a mesmerizing combination of fiery orange and yellow colors, which give it a unique and eye-catching appearance.

A truly unique stone, she is collected by us on the lower east coast of New Zealand's South Island., this taonga is an excellent example of our only two east coast stones.

About Rhodonite:

A vivid pink stone with highlights of white, brown, and occasionally purple, rhodonite is formed from manganese silicate and is usually found with a black ‘rind’ of pyrolusite. Its colour can range from light candyfloss pink to garnet red, and its soft, feminine hues balance the strong forms of our carvings. We gather for our pink rhodonite by hand just south of Dunedin and it is the only stone from the east coast that we work with.

Pink rhodonite is associated with the heart chakra and provides emotional healing, energetic grounding and the restoration of balance by unblocking the throat and heart chakras.

About Rhodonite: Rhodonite is a vivid pink gemstone with delicate accents of white, brown, and occasionally purple, formed from manganese silicate. Often found with a distinctive black pyrolusite 'rind,' its colour spectrum ranges from soft candyfloss pink to rich garnet red. The stone’s soft, feminine shades beautifully complement the bold and intricate designs of our carvings. We carefully hand-collect this pink Rhodonite from the region just south of Dunedin, making it a rare east coast treasure.
