Returns & Exchanges
We offer an exchange or credit on all items returned if they meet the conditions listed below.
This needs to be lodged 14 days or less from the date of your delivery.

Terms and conditions
You will need proof of purchase to receive your exchange or store credit.
- Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. This is very important for earring and cord hygiene and will be deeply checked.
- Items need to be packed safely as to not break ( we use eco wrap that needs to be used in a certain way ) you may want to add your own layer to be safe
- We generally do not accept returns for items purchased from our stockists, These will be assessed on a special case basis and may require a fee.
- There may be fee's for exchanging items brought via third party for example Afterpay & layby ( due to the fee's we incure ourselves)
Unless a faulty return shipping for any exchange will be at buyers cost and needs to be a tracked courier for travel safety.
Simply Stone West Coast will not be held liable for broken, lost or stolen returns.
Faulty items
- My Mum and i handcraft each pendant and earring with the upmost care and love we can, we hope to deliver you some of the most beautiful New Zealand Stones you have ever seen.
- In saying that our Stones being an organic and natural piece of our earth means faults can happen, if your stone arrives not 100% please contact us within 7 days.
- Simply Stone West Coast deems all rights to determine whether this is a stone fault or the item has been interfered with so please be patient with our discretion.
- Some stones are Porous and can deepen/lighten in colour due to absorbing oils from our body's. Please read our 'Stone Types" page carefully to find our more about your stone before purchase as any natural changes will not deem viable for return.
