This beautiful rich-green / gold variety of Bowenite from Jackson bay and was found as a beach rock on the rugged Haast beaches of South Westland.
This gorgeous Toki has a soft style and is a nice, weighty piece, a truly unique Taonga.
She has inclusions of gold, blue and red set on a deep bottle green base that has an amazing translucency when cut thin that light can shine through.
Hand-carved as our Toki style for courage. strength and leadership. we also have matching earrings.

About Serpentinite:
A rich and varied stone, serpentinite is one of three pounamu stones used in traditional carving, and one of the most recognizable.
